Hello, we are your hosts Mike and Danielle. Together we have been buying, selling, and renting vacation real estate for over 15 years.
Mike has been going to the beach since childhood and has been living his dream of owning beach real estate. He does most of the upkeep and managing the bookings.
Danielle loves lakes, streams and mountains. She handles decorating and the managing the property finances.
We are targeting this site to small landlords who own between 1-4 vacation properties. We hope to create a two way dialog to share tips, tools and information.
